Moody's published an additional appendix to the ESG cross-sector methodology. The appendix provide more detailed information on the principal considerations for assigning ESG Issuer Profile Scores (IPS) and Credit Impact Scores (CIS) to Regional and Local Governments (US states, US local governments - e.g. cities, counties - non-US regional and local governments).
